  • ½ cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed meal optional for extra fiber
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method
