Ingredients
Method
- Preheat and Prep
- Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
- Mix the Base
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Stove Top stuffing mix with 1 cup of water or broth. Let it sit for about 2–3 minutes so the stuffing softens slightly — this helps create a perfect meatloaf texture.
- Add the Rest of the Ingredients
- Add the ground beef, eggs, onions, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently with your hands or a spatula. Don’t overmix — that can make the meatloaf dense.
- Shape and Bake
- Transfer the mixture into the loaf pan, pressing it evenly.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Add the Glaze
- In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard or BBQ sauce.
- Remove the meatloaf from the oven, spread the glaze on top, and return it to bake for another 15–20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Rest and Serve
